Would you like to exchange or return a product?
Always first send an email to millsmelbournecustomercare@gmail.com- First read the return conditions below.
- Subject: Return [order number] + [name]please include in the email your details and the reason for the return/exchange.
We will help you within 24 hours.

To keep our prices as attractive and low as possible, returns to our warehouse in Asia are at the customer's own expense.
Please refer to the website of the respective courier you wish to ship with for more information on exact prices.

There is always a 30-day return period. The return period starts the day you receive the item.
You can only return the item if:
● The return period has not yet expired
● The product is in its original packaging and all labels are still on it
● The product has not yet been used
● The product should always be returned with a track&trace number that needs to be shared with Lizabella
● Return costs are at the buyer's expense, see headline 'what are the costs of returning'
● Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some days for your back or credit card company to process and post the refund.
● Products such as lingerie, pantyhose, pajamas and personal care products are not covered by the right of return. The reason for this is hygiene. These will not be accepted and processed.

Do you want to cancel your order? Please contact us as soon as possible, within 24 hours at the latest, using the contact form. Please include your name, the order number you received in the confirmation email (e.g. #0000) and the reason why you want to cancel your order.
